Kitchen Remodel
Overview
In this project, my partner and I redesigned an outdated kitchen. Our redesign focused on creating a functional, modern kitchen with a dark aesthetic. We focused on several components to achieve a clean contemporary look. First, we replaced the cabinetry with custom-built, flat-panel cabinets in a dark grey matte finish, opting for a minimalist design. The dark grey cabinets are paired with black marble countertops, creating a luxurious ambiance while offering durability. To enhance the functionality, we installed a large bar counter with a waterfall edge, featuring a large built-in sink. We also updated the lighting by installing pot lights in the ceiling and LED lights under the cabinets to provide task lighting.
